UPFA leads in the postal votes count in Puttalam

In the Provincial Council Election postal votes counting for Puttlam district is over. Out United People's Freedom Alliance received 3286 Votes and leading followed by United National Party 842 Votes and People's Liberation Front (Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna) received 94 Votes.
